Nurve is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy [LINK].

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase products from Nurve. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
An order is only considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been sent.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Once an order is accepted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations or modifications.
Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy [LINK].
You confirm that purchases are made for personal use only and not for resale or commercial purposes.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes in accordance with Italian law, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs and any additional charges are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change at any time without notice. Promotional terms, if applicable, will prevail in case of conflict with these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from our own warehouse in Italy to the address provided during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and ownership of the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Nurve is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. All purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Nurve.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Nurve, including product quality, delivery, or disputes. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from transactions with Nurve.

All personal data collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable European Union or Italian law.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
